Mohammad Shafiuddin is Chief Executive officer of the company. He has all the responsibilities of over all supervision of the business. The CTO, HR & Admin and all PC will co-ordinate with Chief Executive Officer. He will control all the financial activities for smooth running of the business along with fund management, Customer relationship and new business development.
Md. Akramul Al Hasan is Chief Technical Officer will be responsible directly for all technical support and supervision. All Supervisor Engineers, PM and TCO in turn will report him. He will be responsible for monitoring and controlling of all operations and for taking immediate actions if needed. He will be responsible for helping the CEO to create the quarterly review of the overall progress and the problems faced by the company.
Tomal Khan is responsible for company HR and Administration. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies Tracking, monitoring and improvement of the skill levels of the employees. Processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
Md. Saddam Hossain is Supervisor Engineer will be reporting directly to the Project manager. Team leader in turn will report him. He will be responsible for the direct super vision of the two teams. He will directly controlling all the teams works in the field and of the field. Collects the daily reports from the team leaders about the progress of the works, supporting the team in the field as well and taking immediate actions if needed.
SAIFUR RAHMAN is Supervisor Engineer will be reporting directly to the Project Co-ordinator. All team leaders in turn will report him. He will be responsible for the direct super vision of engineering teams. He will directly controlling the all teams works in the field and of the field. Collects the daily reports form the team leaders about the progress of the works, supporting the team in the field as well and taking immediate actions if needed.
